The Delta Group

One of the first brokerage firms to venture into the newly revived Egyptian Stock Market, Delta Securities Egypt was established in 1994 and has since ranked as one of the top performers in the market.

In 2000, Delta expanded its offering to incorporate Delta Asset Management, administering discretionary, private equity, venture capital portfolios and mutual funds.

In 2006, Delta entered the corporate finance and investment banking fields by establishing Delta Capital Investments, which offers a comprehensive range of corporate finance and advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and privatizations.

Rasmala Investment Bank Ltd

Rasmala was founded in 1999 when it launched one of the first GCC focused private equity funds returning to investors 3.5 times their investment (22% IRR) when it was successfully liquidated in 2007.

One of the first regional investment banks to be DFSA licensed, Rasmala possesses deep expertise and relationships in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and Oman maintained through its subsidiaries in each country.

It provides investors and partners with access to deal flow and business insight across the key MENA markets and is led by a management team that combines global experience with a strong local track record. Business lines offered through Rasmala Investment Bank Ltd, include Brokerage, Asset Management, Corporate Finance and Private Equity.

Delta Rasmala

Delta Rasmala was created to leverage the synergies of the Delta Group and Rasmala. In October 2007, Delta Rasmala was formed though the acquisition by Rasmala of a 51 percent stake in the Delta Group.

The acquisition allows Delta to market its services to GCC clients more effectively and increases the scope of services Delta delivers to its local and international client base by offering them direct access to key GCC markets.

By leveraging Delta's prominence within the Egyptian market with Rasmala's Private Equity, Asset Management, Brokerage and Islamic finance capabilities – an exceptional opportunity for investors across the MENA region is now available.
